Troubleshooting

Possible causes:
  • Delivery is still in progress (wait a few minutes)
  • Recipient’s server is slow to respond
  • Email was soft-bounced and will retry
Action: Check again in 15-30 minutes. If still not delivered, check bounce status.
Possible causes:
  • Open tracking is disabled for this domain
  • Recipient’s email client blocks images
  • Email client uses a privacy proxy (Apple Mail Privacy Protection)
Note: Open tracking is becoming less reliable due to privacy features in modern email clients.
Possible causes:
  • Click tracking is disabled for this domain
  • Links weren’t rewritten (plain text emails)
  • Security software pre-clicked links
Note: Some security tools click all links to scan for malware, which can inflate click counts.
