Migma gives you three ways to change an email. Start with the smallest one that fits the job.

Ask in design chat

Describe the result you want in plain language. Chat works best for first drafts, large rewrites, new sections, and changes across a full series.

Point with Mark Select

Keep the canvas overview open, choose Mark Select in the message box, then drag over the exact area you mean. The selected area appears inside your message. Mark Select is available on the canvas. Visual Editor is available after one email is open, so they do not appear together. See Point at one area.

Open one email

Choose Edit email from the email card you want. This opens the focused email view and keeps later changes tied to that email. From here you can:
  • Ask for another change in chat.
  • Start Visual Editor.
  • Run Email Preflight.
  • Send yourself a test.
  • Open Publish when the email is ready.

Edit directly with Visual Editor

Start Visual Editor, then click the text, image, button, or section you want to change. Use the side panel for content and style controls. Choose Keep changes when done or Discard to leave the email unchanged. The complete Visual Editor tutorial covers email-wide settings, images, buttons, layers, mobile review, and Preflight.

Check before handoff

Use Email Preflight and Send Test Email in the health bar below the focused email. Check desktop, mobile, light mode, dark mode, links, and the real test message before a large send.

Send, export, or use the API

Open Publish for the final handoff:
  • Send uses a Migma campaign and an opted-in audience.
  • Export moves the reviewed email to a file or connected email platform.
  • API gives developers the focused email and its required values.
See Send or Export.

Review with teammates

Use Share for brand access. Teammates can work on the same canvas, see live changes, and leave anchored comments based on their role. See Real-time collaboration.
