Animate an image

Open the email

Choose Edit email, then select the image you want to animate.

Open the image prompt

Choose Edit with prompt, then choose GIF and Animate.

Describe the movement

Try “slow zoom toward the product” or “make the shapes float gently.” Add a start or end image when the movement should follow a reference.

Create it

Choose Create. Migma replaces the selected image with the finished GIF. Use undo if you want the original back.

Choose a different GIF type beside GIF when you need one:

Before you send

  • Keep motion short and useful. Large GIFs make emails slower to load.
  • Put important meaning in the first frame. Some inboxes may show a still image.
  • Add alt text, then send yourself a test.
