Migma tracks performance metrics for each sending domain. View these metrics at Settings → Sending Domains → [Your Domain] → Metrics.

Available Metrics

Summary Stats

Bounce Types

Bounces are categorized to help you understand delivery issues:

Automatic Handling

Migma automatically:
  • Adds permanent bounces to your suppression list
  • Prevents future sends to bounced addresses
  • Updates domain health metrics

Complaint Handling

When a recipient marks your email as spam:
  1. Recorded - Complaint logged in metrics
  2. Suppressed - Email added to suppression list
  3. Health updated - Domain complaint rate recalculated
Complaint rates above 0.1% can trigger domain suspension. Keep lists clean and honor unsubscribes promptly.

Using Metrics Effectively

A sudden drop in delivery rate indicates:
  • List quality issues (bad addresses)
  • Reputation problems
  • Technical configuration issues
Check your bounce logs if delivery drops below 95%.
Complaint rate is the most critical metric for deliverability:

If complaints spike, review your email content and list quality.
Declining open rates may indicate:
  • Subject lines need improvement
  • Sending too frequently
  • List fatigue
