On the Team plan, a seat is a paid slot for a teammate who can edit — generate emails, send campaigns, manage a brand. Reviewers never use a seat. You only pay for the people who build and send.
Seats apply to the Team plan only. Roles themselves are explained in Team Access.

A seat is counted per person, not per brand — an editor on five brands still uses one seat.
Invite reviewers as Commenter or Viewer: they see everything and give feedback for free.

Add seats

The Team plan includes 2 seats. Add more whenever you need them — extra seats are billed monthly and prorated for the current cycle.
1

Open Settings → People & Access

Find the seat controls in your account settings.
2

Set the seat count

Choose how many seats you want. You’ll see the charge before confirming.
3

Confirm

The new seats are ready as soon as payment goes through.

Only the account owner and admins can change seats and billing.

Free up a seat

Change an editor to Viewer or Commenter, or remove them, and their seat frees instantly for the next editor. To lower your bill, reduce the seat count after freeing people.
Can’t add a teammate? You’re out of seats — add one, or free one by switching an editor to a reviewer role.

Who’s billed

All seat charges go to the account owner. Admins can manage seats, but the bill always lands on the owner — one subscription for the whole account.
