A campaign is how you take an email you’ve made and send it to your audience. Pick your email, choose who gets it, set the sender, and send it now or schedule it for later.

Create a campaign

  1. Click Campaigns in the left sidebar
  2. Hit New Campaign
  3. Follow the five steps below

Choose your template

Pick an email you’ve already created in Migma. If you want to test two subject lines or designs against each other, enable A/B testing and select multiple variants.Select Campaign Template 1

Pick your recipients

Select a segment or tag from your audience. The estimated recipient count updates live as you choose.Select Campaign Recipients 1

Fill in the details

Give your campaign a name.Write Campaign Name

Configure the sender

Choose your sending domain and set the from name, from email, and reply-to address. Add UTM parameters here if you want to track clicks in your analytics tool.Capture Campaign Sender

Send or schedule

Send immediately or pick a date, time, and timezone to schedule it for later.Select Campaign Send Time

Campaign Statuses

StatusDescription
DraftBeing edited. Can be updated, sent, scheduled, or deleted.
ScheduledQueued for a future send time. Can be cancelled or sent early.
SendingCurrently delivering to recipients.
A/B TestingTest variants are being sent. Select a winner to send to the remaining audience.
SentDelivery complete. View results.
FailedAn error occurred during delivery. Check campaign details for info.
CancelledManually cancelled before sending.

Archiving Campaigns

Archive campaigns you no longer need in your main list. Archived campaigns are hidden by default but can be viewed anytime from the Archived tab. Archiving works for any status — sent, draft, failed, or even in-progress campaigns.
  • Archive: Open the campaign actions menu and select Archive.
  • Unarchive: Switch to the Archived tab, then select Unarchive from the actions menu.
Archived campaigns retain all their data, stats, and history.
