Deliverability & Validation
Three new tools to keep your list healthy without extra effort:- Exclude risky addresses — a one-toggle setting that skips disposable inboxes and role addresses (postmaster@, abuse@) on every send. Filtered contacts show up in the campaign’s Skipped view with reason
risky. - Daily contact re-validation — Migma re-checks subscribed contacts whose validation is older than 30 days, every night. Catches addresses that have gone bad since import, without you having to remember.
- Validation status filter in segments — build audiences scoped to valid, invalid, risky, or unknown. The contact detail view also surfaces Last validated for any single address.
Skipped Recipients per Campaign
Every campaign’s Recipients tab now has a Skipped sub-view alongside Sent — showing exactly which contacts were filtered out before the send went out, and why. Bounced, invalid, unsubscribed, and risky addresses no longer disappear silently. Filter by reason, click any row to jump to the contact, and use the per-reason counts to spot list-quality issues early.Read the full guide →Suppression List in Contacts
A new Suppression tab in Contacts lists every address that’s blocked from receiving email — hard bounces, complaints, unsubscribes, and anything you’ve added manually. Filter by reason with one-click pills, see the underlying detail on every row (SMTP subtype, complaint type, or soft-bounce streak), and add or remove addresses inline. Two upgrades to how you shape and target emails.Persona — write for a specific recipient
Pick a contact, audience, or tag from the Persona sub-menu and Migma drafts the email for them. Their fields and tone cues flow into the first version — no generic copy to retrofit.- Variables match the chosen audience. Migma reads which fields the selected contacts actually have populated and offers only those as personalization variables in the draft — so a B2B segment surfaces
companyandrole, while a consumer segment doesn’t. - Variables populated for under 5% of the cohort are hidden, so the AI won’t suggest fields that don’t exist.
- Quick-action Personalise for… buttons on any Tag, Audience, or Contact row jump straight to a pre-seeded draft.
- Send-time delivery is unchanged — the persona only shapes the draft.
Engagement-based segments
Build audiences from real engagement, not just sends. The segment editor now supports Opened and Clicked alongside Received — pick an action, then “in past N days”, “not in past N days”, or “never”. Stack multiple rows for cohorts like “VIP, opened in past 30 days, not clicked in past 30 days”. Bulk Image Upload

- Campaigns sent without an explicit subject now back-fill from the rendered HTML’s
<title>at send time — so the inbox always shows a meaningful line and the dashboard stops listing campaigns as “no subject.” - When you rename an email, that title flows into the exported HTML automatically — useful when uploading to ESPs that read the title on import.
Campaign Archiving
Keep your campaign list organized by archiving campaigns you no longer need front and center. Archive any campaign — regardless of status — from the actions menu.
