This Acceptable Use summary describes how Migma expects customers to use the platform. For binding terms, see Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Email and marketing use

When you use Migma to create or send email, you must:
Send only to recipients who provided valid consent or another lawful authorization to receive your message
Not use purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party lists without verified permission
Include accurate sender identification and a working unsubscribe or opt-out path for marketing email
Honor suppression lists and not re-add unsubscribed contacts without fresh, verifiable consent
Authenticate sending domains (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC where applicable)
Comply with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and similar regulations
Ensure content is truthful and not misleading

Prohibited use

You may not use Migma for:
Cold outreach — unsolicited promotional email to people who did not opt in to hear from you specifically
Deceptive subject lines, forged headers, or domain spoofing
Harvesting email addresses or dictionary attacks
Sending that routinely produces high bounces or spam complaints
Illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or rights-infringing content or activity
Reverse engineering, scraping, or extracting proprietary systems, prompts, or platform internals
Reselling or white-labeling Migma as your own product without authorization
Details and enforcement terms appear in the full Terms of Use.

Permission-based marketing

Migma is built for newsletters, product updates, lifecycle email, and other permission-based communication. Read the user-facing guide: What you can send with Migma. Consent test: Did this person take a deliberate action to receive email from you? A signup or checkout opt-in counts. A LinkedIn connection or sales conversation alone does not.

Reporting abuse

If you believe a Migma customer is sending unsolicited or abusive email, contact legal@migma.ai with full message headers when possible.
