Managers with access to All brands can manage sending domains, people, invites, seats, and API keys while billing remains owner-only.
Updates Manager on All brands so they can manage sending domains, People, invites, seats, and API keys. Paid seat or free collaborator does not matter.
A manager on one brand still only runs that brand. Plan and billing stay with the workspace owner.
