Spot deliverability problems by provider

The Inbox providers card shows open rates for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and Apple recipients side by side. A provider with a much lower open rate than the rest usually means messages are landing in spam there, so you can act before it affects a whole campaign. Apple opens are inflated by Mail Privacy Protection and the card says so. Top links ranks the links across your sends by clicks, including which button or link in the design was clicked. Use it to learn which calls to action work and which go unnoticed.

Same insights for each campaign

Open a campaign’s Analytics tab to see the device, timing, email client, and inbox provider breakdowns for that campaign alone. All engagement counts exclude bot and scanner activity, so the numbers reflect real readers. Send campaigns · Domain metrics
