Best Practices

Assign the minimum permissions needed for each team member’s responsibilities. This reduces risk and keeps workflows clear.
Periodically review team access and remove members who no longer need access to keep your team secure.
Establish clear naming conventions for emails, campaigns, and projects so team members can easily find what they need.
Keep all feedback and discussions within Migma instead of external tools for better context and history.
