What are Projects?
Projects in Migma help you organize your emails, campaigns, and audiences into separate workspaces. Each project can represent a different brand, client, or campaign initiative.Projects keep your work organized and make it easy to switch between different brands or clients.
Creating a Project

Navigate to Projects
Click on the Projects dropdown in the top navigation

Create New Project
Click “New Project” and enter your project details

Configure Brand
Set up your brand colors, fonts, and logo

Begin creating emails within your new project

- Format: PNG, SVG, or JPG
- Size: Maximum 500KB
- Dimensions: Recommended 600x200px or smaller
- Background: Transparent PNG recommended

Switching Between Projects
Easily switch between your projects:- Click the Project dropdown in the top navigation
- Select the project you want to work on
- All emails, campaigns, and audiences are scoped to that project

Archiving Projects
Keep your workspace clean by archiving completed projects: To archive a project:- Navigate to Project Settings
- Click “Archive Project”
- Confirm the action
- Viewed at any time
- Restored if needed
- Permanently deleted after 90 days
