# Create Emails

> Prepare on-brand emails from prompts, files, references, and previous work.

Create is the starting point for new email work. Migma uses your brand, audience, and prompt to prepare an editable email or email series for review.

Migma can start from:

* **Prompt** for a campaign, newsletter, launch, or lifecycle email
* **Email series** for a multi-email journey
* **Persona or audience** when the message needs a specific recipient group
* **Figma** for design handoff
* **Screenshot or image** for visual recreation
* **HTML or Claude design** for imported email work
* **YouTube** when the source content is a video
* **Previous emails or competitor references** for remixing

## Common use cases

* Prepare a campaign from a short brief
* Turn a Figma frame into editable email-safe HTML
* Recreate a screenshot as a responsive email
* Generate a welcome, onboarding, or re-engagement series
* Localize a message for contacts with different languages
* Remix a past email for a new offer or season

## Best practices

**Start with the decision.** Say what the email should make the reader do.

**Name the audience.** Include segment, lifecycle stage, language, plan, or purchase context when it matters.

**Use real brand context.** Configure your brand before asking for production work.

**Review before sending.** Use chat, visual edit, preview, and **Email Preflight** before export or campaign approval.

**Use series for journeys.** If timing between emails matters, create an email series instead of separate one-off drafts.
