# Split segments and filter by email counts

> Save a random selection from a segment as a list and filter segments by email counts

Adds **Split into a list** to the segment menu, so you can save a random selection as a fixed list. Add that list under **Do not send to** in a later campaign to skip those contacts.

Adds **at least**, **at most**, and **between** conditions for emails received, opened, or clicked over a period of up to 90 days. Use them to find engaged contacts or exclude people who have received too many emails.
