# Import contacts from Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and HubSpot

> Import contacts from Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and HubSpot directly from the Contacts page

Adds **Import from integration** to the **Add Contact** menu on the Contacts page. Choose a connected provider, pick a source, and Migma imports the contacts in the background, so there is no CSV export step when moving an audience over.

## Supported sources

Mailchimp imports from audiences, saved segments, and tags. Klaviyo imports from lists and segments. HubSpot imports from contact lists. If a provider is not connected yet, you can connect it from the same screen, and CSV or paste import remains available as a fallback.

## Consent stays intact

By default only subscribed contacts are imported. You can optionally include non-subscribed and unsubscribed contacts for record keeping, and those stay non-sendable. HubSpot imports are conservative: contacts become sendable only when HubSpot subscription data shows an explicit opt-in. Existing unsubscribed or bounced contacts are never resubscribed.

## Ready-to-use audience

Every import creates a source tag named after the imported source, such as `Main Audience`, and a snapshot segment that targets it. Importing the same source again reuses both. **Import History** shows the provider, account, source, consent mode, and how many contacts were imported, updated, kept non-sendable, skipped, or failed.
