# Persona Drafting

## Persona Drafting

A new **Persona** option on create lets you pick a contact, audience, or tag to seed a draft. Variable suggestions match the populated fields for that cohort, fields populated for under 5% of contacts are hidden, and **Personalise for…** appears on Tag, Audience, and Contact rows. Persona shapes the draft only, not send targeting, so you can write for a real reader without changing who receives the email.

## Engagement Segments

The segment editor now includes **Opened** and **Clicked** filters alongside **Received**, with time modes for in the past N days, not in the past N days, and never. Membership updates automatically as engagement events arrive, so segments stay current without manual maintenance.
